Shilpa Shashidharan

Shilpa is a management professional in the urban development sector with over 4 years of experience in the field of climate action, urban green cover, sustainability, innovation, data and program management. At C-Cube, Shilpa works with the Wastewater Intelligence Network 'WIN' Programme which aims to bring together the medical, healthcare and governance fraternities on one platform to enable Indian cities to set up a non-invasive early warning surveillance system by tracking the presence of disease-causing pathogens. She also works with Climate Practitioner's India Network (CPIN) which focuses on working with the citizens to drive climate action in their cities. Earlier she was associated with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as a Fellow where she worked on a tool for mapping the urban green cover and green spaces with the help of citizen volunteers. Shilpa holds a master's degree in management from the National Institute of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR), Pune.
