Team Leader

Krishna Kant Pandey is a Team Leader, National Institute of Urban Affairs, New Delhi. He is managing Infant Toddler and Caregiver-Friendly Neighbourhoods Capacity Building Programme. He is a public health professional, holds a master degree in social work (MSW) with over 19 years of post-qualification experience in the field of HIV/AIDS, Maternal, New Born, Child Health and other areas. He worked with several organizations in Delhi, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh states and managed several programmes working at state level. Prior to NIUA, he worked with Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit of National Health Mission and provided support to Uttar Pradesh State in managing the community process related activities. He has expertise in programme planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of development projects, advocacy, partnership development and management. He has developed several resource materials, training modules, and guidelines and successfully conducted several capacity building programmes. He managed team of professional during his career and has good documentation and communication skill. He is life member of Indian Public Health Association (IPHA) and National Association of Professional Social Workers in India (NAPSWI).
