About the Project:

Under the India Smart Cities Fellowship Program, React was developed to be a toolkit that assists the local governance in addressing issues pertaining to urban fire in Shimla Smart City, forming a base for data-driven decision making. The project correlates urban first risk and resilience to identify the areas that are high in risk and low in resilience, in order to preposition timely emergency services and pre-disaster planning efforts.
