Shinjini is an Architect with a Master’s in Urban Design from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

She has 3 plus years of professional experience in urban and architectural projects spanning various scales and cities. She is currently the Project officer (Transport) of the GEF7-funded UrbanShift Country Project at the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA). She has also worked on various research projects in collaboration with national and international organizations through multidisciplinary approaches. Shinjini is a strategist and researcher on the intersection of climate change and urbanism. Her work predominantly focuses on socio-spatial justice from a climate displacement perspective. She is an avid reader, writer, and enthusiastic traveler.
