Utsav Choudhury is the Program Manager for the Centre for Sustainable Urban Livelihood and Inclusive Cities at the National Institute of Urban Affairs. A trained anthropologist from Delhi University, he has over a decade of experience in the development sector, specializing in initiatives that foster the inclusion of vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, women, children, and economically disadvantaged communities.

Utsav has extensive experience in implementing and managing human-centric projects and has been engaged in multilateral collaborations with organizations such as USAID, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Bernard van Leer Foundation, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office of the UK Government, and the United Nations in India. A recipient of the CDRI Fellowship, he brings expertise in project and people management, program evaluation and monitoring, financial oversight, statistical data analysis, research design, and data collection.
