Manjaree Dutta works as a Research Assistant with the Climate Centre for Cities. She is primarily involved in supporting the centre in the implementation of ClimateSmart Cities Assessment Framework 2.0 (CSCAF 2.0). Her work involves assisting research for publication, Coordinating and supporting the participating Smart Cities & AMRUT Cities by providing technical aid and handholding, Supporting the data validation and scoring process for the thematic areas of Water Management and Waste Management, analysing the data and creating assessment report for CSCAF 2.0.
In the past Manjaree has worked with World Resources Institute (WRI India) for a brief period, where her key deliverable involved analysing the impact of agroforestry on Mitigation Strategies for Climate Change. She has over a year of experience in architectural practices and has worked with an International organization - KEO International Consultants, Kuwait.
Manjaree holds a Master’s degree in Planning with a specialization in Urban Infrastructure from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and also a recipient of a University level excellence award. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
