Sarath Babu M G

Sarath Babu M G is an Urban Practitioner. Currently, he leads the data and technology vertical of the Climate Centre for Cities (C-Cube) at NIUA. His interests are in the field of informed decision-making, data-driven governance, smart cities, and large-scale infrastructure project management, and has over ten years of experience in the urban sector. Over the last 5 years, he has extensively worked with the Smart Cities project of Bhopal, Jabalpur, Faridabad, Kochi, Tumakuru, and Namchi towards building techno-institutional capacities of the team and assisting cities in the successful implementation of projects. He has several research publications both international and national, three research reports, and two postgraduate research thesis in my account. Sarath is an alumna of the School of Planning & Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, and the University of Kerala. He holds Masters in Urban Planning and Geography.
