Implementation of Online Building Permission System (OBPS) in North Eastern States would enhance the ease of doing business with approval of the building plans, of different categories of land use, through an automated scrutiny and computerized system. This system includes permission systems for new constructions, completion of the building, occupancy certification etc. This system will promote easy, hassle free online system and a further big step in e-governance. This project is a collaboration among MoHUA, TCPO, NIC, NIUA and E Governments Foundation.
