Uday Bhonde is a sr. program specialist at the NIUA. He has now more than 10 years of experience working in urban sector specifically in water, climate and disaster risk reduction. His work in urban sector is published in peer reviewed international and national journals. He is a life member of Indian Society of Remote Sensing. Prior to joining NIUA, he was a Deputy Programme Manager at CSE, New Delhi. Uday was awarded a reseaarch scholarship by the Department of Science and Technology (DST),New Delhi. He is Doctorate in Geology and has accomplished Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning and Development.
