Mr. Manpreet Singh has over 20 years of industry experience in Government and Private Sector across USA, Europe, and India. Currently, he leads the National Urban Digital Mission (NUDM) as Chief Program Officer aiming to digitise urban services in all cities of India and has developed the UPYOG IT platform to fast track online service delivery. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and Pforzheim University, Germany, and has led several digital transformation and e-governance projects for the office of the Chief Minister of Punjab, making the State of Punjab rank number one in e-governance and digital transformation by the department of administrative reforms and public grievances, Government of India in 2021. His experience includes urban governance, urban citizen services, policy formulation, government schemes monitoring & implementation, and social sector schemes. He has extensive experience in digital government, particularly in the urban sector, promoting the Smart Cities concept and urban citizen services.
