Institutional Setup and Financial Sustainability of Kerala Mission for Online Delivery of Urban Citizen Services

As many as 100 distinguished participants/ officers representing all the States/UTs of India participated in the first session in the series of best practices for online delivery of urban services, organised by NIUA. The topic was “Institutional Set-up for online delivery of urban services”, where participants learned and deliberated the successful institutional structure adopted by the State of Kerala.
