The National Urban Learning Platform is a means of digitally consolidating key skills and knowledge required by urban stakeholders, with a special emphasis on training and capacity building of urban local government officials.

How NULP Works
Actors in the Indian urban ecosystem need to tap into skills such as data driven decision making, urban planning, financial planning, project management, GIS and others in order address the challenges they face. However, these capacities and skills are scarce within the traditional channels of education, training and capacity building.
Enrolling training institutions, schools, civil society, and other knowledge creators to ensure that a wide range of content is available
Facilitating collaborations with cities and knowledge sharing amongst them
Enabling responsive and data driven governance
Working closely with city stakeholders to help align their programs and scale their reach
Engaging with MoHUA missions and their existing capacity building ecosystems to ensure that the content available is aligned to the practical needs of various missions
Providing the required telemetry frameworks, assessment mechanisms and tools to measure the usage of content along with the engagement and completion levels achieved across specific pieces of content
